A note on early access

The current console supports Linode provisioning and manual management with staff approval. Automated AI care, continuous monitoring, BYOC and scheduled reports are still being developed. Service scope and launch pricing will be confirmed before purchase.

Do I need my own cloud account?

For a Linode bundle purchased through 247 Managed Cloud, we provide the cloud resources as your reseller. Our planned bring-your-own-cloud option will let you connect your own provider account and pay us for the management layer.

Which cloud providers can I use?

The early-access SaaS console provisions Linode bundles. BYOC support for Vultr, Linode, DigitalOcean, Hetzner and Amazon Lightsail is planned. Our broader reseller relationships also include BytePlus, AWS, Azure, Tencent Cloud and Alibaba Cloud; those are not all self-service integrations in this console.

Is AI management already running 24×7?

Not yet. The early-access console provides manual management and on-demand health snapshots. Continuous monitoring, AI diagnosis and automatic recovery are planned capabilities. The preview above illustrates the intended workflow.

Can I choose self-managed service?

Yes. Self-managed service is the starting option. The planned AI managed tier will add a management fee, so you can choose the level of service you need. Optional 24×7 support coverage will be specified in your service plan.

Are weekly and monthly reports required?

No. Insights is planned as an optional paid add-on, with weekly or monthly reporting. Basic job history remains included so you can review recorded management actions without a reporting subscription.

How does billing work?

HKD is our primary customer billing currency. The current early-access checkout uses Stripe test mode and does not collect real payments. Launch prices will be published separately. For future BYOC plans, your cloud provider will bill you directly for infrastructure.
